Business Development Manager at Fadac Resources. As a matter of fact, Fadac Resources – Our client is a Conglomerate company in Nigeria and other parts of Africa. Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a qualified candidate to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Manager
- B2B customer appointment & retention
- Ensuring achievement of targeted MOM
- Market development /brand building
- Also, Identify potential customers & orders based on marketing intelligence
- Also, Proven Track record and inter personal skills
- Providing Strategic support to the business head
- Also, Monitor and supervise Sales team
- Also, To formulate sales strategy and reach out to the un-explored market /Territory
- Make sales pitches and acquire new clients and retain existing
- Market research and Competitor analysis
- Also, Market development /brand building
- Product positioning segment wise across the category –OTR/AGRIC/TRUCK
- Finally, Co-ordinate and collate product complaints /warranty issues /ensure resolution of product complaints.
- First of all, Minimum of OND qualification.
- Also, Candidates must have 4-5 years experience in sales and marketing of tyres
- Masters in marketing is a plus
- Progressive years in Marketing/Sales role is a huge plus
- The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
- Basic IT skills.
