Job Summary

  • First of all, Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Also, Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Also, Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Finally, Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.


  • B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Also, Minimum of 4 years experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Also,Proven sales track record.
  • Good Driver Skill/ Valid driver’s license
  • Also, Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Also, Proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized.
  • Finally, Skills of persuasion
