Shell is looking for graduates who has completed their undergraduate degree program from 2013 to 2016 with a minimum of 2: 1 (that is; second class upper division), with prove of completion of their National Youth Service Program (NYSC).
As part of their remarkable student identification process, they make use of a competency-based assessment methodology which focuses on Capacity, Achievement and Relationships (CAR)

Method of Application
Candidates will be asked to select their preferred business areas that they would like to apply for on the “Shell Graduate Programme” within the Application form.
Although, you will be matched into a particular role to function, based on your skills.
Whilst you will not be required to apply for a specific Shell position If you are interested in a specific role, you can express interest within your cover letter.
Finally, they will review all applications and fill roles on a rolling basis. They may also close up particular business areas once they are filled.
